2. One(1) unit Generator Set Trailer
Note:
1. All items will be sold "as is, where is, non-returnable" basis in the
form of cash/check payment without refund or warranty.
2. The buyer or winning bidder will be responsible for the pick-up of the
unserviceable motor vehicles.
3. MWD has the right to reject any or all bids with or without
cause, to waive any defect in them and award the bidder whose offer is
the most advantageous to Muñoz Water District
4. Proposals below the floor price shall be rejected.
