Know your Water Bill

1. MWD bills are issued monthly.
2. A service charge for a consumption from zero (0) to ten (10) cu. m. shall be the same for a particular customer class.
3. Consumption above ten cubic meters multiplied by the applicable rate shall constitute the commodity charge.
4. The service charge plus commodity charge will compose the monthly charge.
5. A 3 % discount is given to customers who pay before due date.
6. There is no discount granted to customers who pay on or after the due date.
7. Pay the bills not later than fifteen days after date of billing only at the MWD office.
8. Otherwise, a 10% penalty charge is imposed to bills paid after due date.
9. Failure to pay after 30 days of the due date shall mean automatic disconnection of service without further notice
